Ingredients

Scale

4 cups frozen watermelon cubes (seedless)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
Fresh mint leaves or lime wheels (for garnish)

Instructions

Dice watermelon into 1-inch cubes, freeze for 2 hours.
Add frozen cubes, lime juice, sweetener (if using), and cold liquid to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and slushy.
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish with mint or lime, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute honey with agave nectar.
Use coconut water for a tropical flavor twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 day, but best served fresh.
Add a pinch of salt to enhance sweetness if desired.
