A vibrant tropical blend of pineapple, mango, coconut water, and lime with a ginger kick. Quick, refreshing, and perfect for summer gatherings or a fruity pick-me-up. Chilled, silky, and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups ripe pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
1 cup chilled 100% orange juice
3/4 cup chilled coconut water
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (about 1 lime)
1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (optional)
12 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
1 1/2 cups ice cubes
1 small pinch fine sea salt
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Toasted shredded coconut for glass rims (optional)

Instructions

Chill 4 serving glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes to keep the drink frosty.
Dice pineapple and mango into small, even chunks.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender: pineapple, mango, orange juice, coconut water, lime juice, ginger, honey/agave, salt, and ice cubes.
Blend on low for 10 seconds, then high for 45–60 seconds until silky.
Taste and adjust sweetness (add 1 tsp more sweetener) or texture (add coconut water/ice as needed).
For extra-smooth consistency, pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a pitcher.
Rim glasses with gelatin-free coconut if desired. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen fruit to reduce ice needed (4–6 cubes instead of 1 1/2 cups)
Swap orange juice with frozen pineapple concentrate (unsweetened) for a different twist
Doubling this recipe is recommended for parties
Honey/Agave substitutions: 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or pureed ripe banana instead of sweetener
