A vibrant, tropical blend of mango, dragonfruit, and lime for a Starbucks-style treat at home. Customize with coconut water or green tea for a refreshing, magenta-hued iced drink. Ready in 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 cup frozen dragonfruit cubes or 2 tbsp freeze-dried dragonfruit powder
1 cup mango nectar (100% juice) or 3/4 cup mango purée + 1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups white grape juice (100% juice)
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 to 3 tablespoons simple syrup or agave
2 cups cold water or coconut water
2 cups ice, plus more for serving
1 cup strong-brewed green tea (optional, replace 1 cup water)

Instructions

PRep fruit: Thaw frozen dragonfruit slightly (5 minutes) if preferred
Blend base: Add dragonfruit, mango nectar, grape juice, and lime juice to a blender
Blend for 20–30 seconds until smooth and magenta
Strain through fine-mesh sieve if desired (press with spoon for 1 minute)
Sweeten with agave/syrup – taste with 1 tbsp at a time
Finish: Add water (and optional green tea) to pitcher for translucent, glossy consistency
Serve over ice with lime/watermelon/garnishes

Notes

Pro tip: Make as iced concentrate (double the ratios) for later use
Remove pulp: Straining yields smoother texture
Use fresh lime juice for best brightness
Adjust sweetness – tropical fruits are naturally sweet
Serving tip: Garnish with lime wheel and dragonfruit cubes
