4 cups cold sparkling water or still water
2 cups ice cubes, plus more for serving
1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 cup watermelon, cubed
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 lime, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup, to taste
1 cup chilled coconut water or fresh orange juice
Wash strawberries, watermelon, lemon, lime, and mint. Hull strawberries, cube watermelon, and slice citrus.
Add strawberries, watermelon, lemon, lime, and mint to a pitcher. Press gently to release juice.
Stir in lemon juice, lime juice, and honey until dissolved.
Pour in coconut water or orange juice, then add sparkling/still water. Stir gently.
Add 2 cups ice to the pitcher
Taste and adjust flavor (add more lemon juice or honey as needed).
Serve over extra ice in glasses with fruit garnish and optional mint.
