A vibrant, fruity mocktail combining juicy peaches, fresh berries, and lime for a refreshing summer drink. Vegan, gluten-free, and customizable, it’s perfect for gatherings or relaxing on a hot day.
1 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 ripe peach, sliced (about 1.5 cups)
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
2 cups sparkling water or soda water
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (optional, for garnish)
Ice cubes
Prepare the fruit: Dice peaches into small, even cubes. Rinse and hull berries, then gently toss them into a large pitcher. Add mint leaves if using.
Mix the syrup: In a separate bowl, whisk together lime juice, agave syrup, and 1 cup of sparkling water. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Combine everything: Pour the lime-agave mixture into the pitcher with the fruit. Stir gently to coat the berries and peaches. Add remaining sparkling water for a bubbly finish.
Chill and serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let flavors meld. Serve over ice and garnish with additional mint or a peach slice. Enjoy!
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake well before serving to redistribute the fruit and syrup.
Swap berries for pineapple or mango for a tropical twist. Use coconut water instead of sparkling water for a creamy texture.
Add a splash of orange blossom water for a floral note or a pinch of cinnamon for warmth.
Make a large batch ahead of time and chill.
