A vibrant, naturally sweet lemonade combining ripe peaches and zesty lemons for a refreshing summer beverage. Perfect for backyard gatherings or hot afternoons.

Ingredients

6 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 68 lemons)
¾ cup granulated sugar
5 cups cold filtered water
2 cups ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves and additional peach slices for garnish

Instructions

Make the peach syrup: In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, and 2 cups water. Simmer until soft
Blend the peaches: Puree until smooth
Strain: Pour through a fine mesh strainer, pressing to extract liquid
Add lemon juice and remaining water: Stir in lemon juice and 3 cups cold water
Chill and serve: Refrigerate, then pour over ice with garnishes

Notes

Use ripe peaches for best flavor
Adjust sugar to taste
Refrigerate leftovers up to 2 days
